چکیده

An Arizona case study consisting of 6 alternative schemes is evaluated with respect to 15 noncommensurable, discrete criteria, using two types of (MCDM) techniques, namely the outranking types of ELECTRE I and II, and the distance-based type of compromise programming (CP). The result is a complete preference ordering of the nondominated alternatives in the cases of ELECTRE II and CP and a partial ranking in the case when ELECTRE I is used. Sensitivity analyses on the individual techniques indicate thpt the results of ELECTRE II and CP applications are fairly robust with respect to parameter changes while those of ELECTRE I are found to be highly sensitive to changes in the threshold levels. Un cas d'espece en Arizona est examine ayant 6 alternatives evaluees du point de vue de 15 criteres discrets non-commensurables. Deux types de techniques sont appliques, a savoir, les techniques de surclassement genre ELECTRE I et II, et une technique a base de distance, "Compromise Programming" (CP). On obtient un ordre partiel dans Ie cas d'ELECTRE I, un preordre complet dans Ie case d'ELECTRE II et un ordre complet dans Ie cas CPo Une analyse de sensibilite tend a montrerqu 'ELECTREII et CP sont robustespar rapporta des variations de parametre. Par contre, les resultats d'ELECTRE I changent en fonction des valeurs des seuils de concordance et de discordance.
